Project Periwinkle

The project awarded us by Periwinkle Residences located at End of, Freedom Way, Lekki Phase 1 106104, Lagos involved the Installation of Doors, Wardrobes, and Kitchen Cabinets.

We installed a total of 128 laminate flush doors, 8 Kitchen Cabinets, 8 Walk-In Closets, 8 1.2 by 2.7 Wardrobes, and 8 1.8 by 2.7 Wardrobes all at affordable prices.

Project Glowing Oak

Glowing oak; a thriving realtor in Lagos had reached out to us for onsite fabrication located at her luxurious housing unit in Patrick Harbour, Olori Mojisola Onikoyi Estate, Banana Island Road, Ikoyi.

We installed fitted wardrobes, an elaborate walk-in closet, modern kitchen cabinetries, and internal laminate flush doors for 5 units of a Five-Bedroom Duplex all to the client’s delight.

Adron Homes and Properties Limited, a Real Estate Company with branches across Nigeria, tasked us with the responsibility of completing their partially constructed Gate House (Golf 2 Downtown) at Agerige, Simawa, Ogun State.

The project brief included both interior and exterior works such as Plumbing, Electrical works, POP (False Ceilings and Art works), Tiling, Block laying, Felting, Borehole Maintenance, Interior Furnishings, Screeding, Painting and so on.
